How to use it
Type what the channel is about — one word or a few comma-separated ones — and optionally your first name. You'll get name ideas plus the matching @handle.
What makes a good channel name
- Easy to say and spell. People will tell friends about it out loud. "TechWithRahul" survives a WhatsApp voice note; "Tekk_Wid_R4hul" doesn't.
- Not too narrow. "IPhone15Tips" stops working next year. "PhoneWala" doesn't.
- Searchable. Search the name on YouTube and Google first. If a big channel already uses something similar, pick another.
- Available as an @handle. Check in Studio → Customisation → Basic info before you design a logo.
Changing it later
You can change your channel name and handle, but your old handle may be taken by someone else. Choose carefully, especially if you print it on products or shop signs.

Can two channels have the same name?
Yes, names aren't unique. Handles (@name) are.
Should my channel name be in Hindi?
A Roman-script name is easier to type and search for most viewers, even for Hindi content.
How long can a handle be?
3 to 30 characters, using letters, numbers, underscores, hyphens and dots.
