Payment methods

How payment works

YTBoost uses a wallet. You add money by UPI, and orders are paid from the wallet balance. This means:

  • You can place several small orders without paying each time.
  • Refunds of undelivered parts arrive instantly, back to the wallet.
  • Your transaction history shows every rupee in and out.

Two ways to add money

1. Add funds from the dashboard. Dashboard → Add funds, choose an amount (₹100 or more), and pay by UPI.

2. Pay at checkout. If your wallet doesn't cover an order, the order box shows "Pay ₹X via UPI", where X is the shortfall (minimum ₹100). After payment confirms, the money is added to your wallet and your order is placed automatically. You don't have to come back and press anything.

On the payment page

You're taken to a secure UPI payment page. Depending on your device:

  • On a phone: tap your UPI app and approve the payment with your UPI PIN.
  • On a computer: scan the QR code with any UPI app.

Once the payment is approved, you're brought back to YTBoost, where a page confirms the payment and shows your new balance.

We never see your UPI PIN or bank details. Payments are processed by our payment partner, and we only receive confirmation of the amount and a reference.

If something goes wrong

Situation What to do
Payment failed in the app Nothing was charged. Try again.
Money debited, wallet not updated after 15 minutes Contact support with the UTR
Paid twice by mistake Both amounts are in your wallet; wallet top-ups can't be refunded, so use the balance for future orders
Closed the page before returning Fine — the wallet updates on its own when the payment confirms

Refunds

Wallet top-ups can't be refunded to your bank. Undelivered parts of orders are refunded to your wallet automatically. See the full refund policy.

Invoices

Your transaction history (Dashboard → Transactions) lists every top-up with date, amount and reference. If you need a formal receipt for a business, contact support.

Why a wallet rather than paying per order

Paying per order means a UPI transaction for every ₹30 likes order, and refunds of a few rupees going back to your bank days later. With a wallet, a refund for an undelivered part shows up the moment the order finishes, and you can reuse it straight away. It also means a failed order never leaves you waiting for a bank reversal — the money simply stays in your balance.

The trade-off is that wallet money stays on YTBoost. That's why we suggest adding only what you plan to spend over the next few orders; ₹100–₹500 covers most first-time customers.

Is it safe to pay?

Payments go through a regulated UPI flow, and you approve each one in your own UPI app with your PIN. YTBoost never sees your PIN, card or bank login, and never asks for them by phone, WhatsApp or email. If someone claiming to be from YTBoost asks you to "approve a collect request" to receive a refund, it's a scam — refunds never need your PIN.

Frequently asked questions

Which UPI apps work?

Any UPI app — Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, Amazon Pay, or your bank's own app.

What's the minimum payment?

₹100 per top-up. When you pay an order's shortfall, the amount is the shortfall or ₹100, whichever is higher.

Can I pay by card or net banking?

Currently UPI only. Most Indian bank accounts can be linked to a UPI app in a few minutes.

My money was debited but the wallet shows nothing.

Wait 15 minutes and refresh — most confirmations arrive within a minute, some take longer. If it's still missing, contact support with the UTR number from your UPI app.

Can I pay in dollars?

No. Everything is priced and paid in Indian rupees.
