Refund policy

By YTBoost Team

Last updated: 20 October 2026

This policy is short on purpose. Please read it before your first top-up.

1. Wallet top-ups are not refundable

Money you add to your YTBoost wallet by UPI can be spent on any service, at any time, and doesn't expire. It cannot be withdrawn or refunded to your bank account or UPI ID. Add only what you plan to spend. The minimum top-up is ₹100.

Exception: if you're charged and the money doesn't reach your wallet because of an error on our side, we'll credit it to your wallet or reverse it. Write to support with the UPI reference (UTR).

2. Undelivered parts of orders are refunded automatically

When you place an order, its price is deducted from your wallet. If the order can't be fully delivered:

  • Partial — the order stopped before reaching the full quantity. The undelivered share is refunded to your wallet automatically: refund = order price × (undelivered quantity ÷ ordered quantity), rounded down to the paisa.
  • Canceled — the order was cancelled before delivery (by you, where the option allows it, or by us). The undelivered share is refunded to your wallet the same way; if nothing was delivered, that's the full price.
  • Failed to place — if an order can't be placed at all, the full price is refunded to your wallet.

You'll see each refund as a line in your transaction history, linked to the order.

Example: you order 1,000 views for ₹100 and the order ends Partial with 250 undelivered. ₹25.00 is credited back to your wallet.

3. Drops after delivery

Numbers can drop after an order completes — YouTube removes accounts and activity it considers inauthentic. Drops aren't refunded. If your option has a refill window, drops inside the window are topped up free when you press Refill on the order page. Options without refill don't cover drops; that's why they cost less. See refill and delivery.

4. Wrong links and settings

If you enter the wrong link, or the target becomes unavailable during delivery (the video is made private, deleted, or set to made-for-kids; the channel hides its subscriber count; a live stream ends), delivery may stop. Whatever wasn't delivered is refunded to your wallet under section 2. Whatever was delivered can't be reversed.

5. Things we can't refund

  • YouTube decisions — removed subscribers outside a refill window, monetization rejection, video removal.
  • Results you hoped for but that weren't part of the service (rankings, sales, real engagement).
  • Orders that were fully delivered.

6. Disputes

If you think a refund is wrong, contact support with the order number before raising a dispute with your bank. Most problems are sorted within a day. Raising a chargeback for a wallet top-up that was credited may lead to the account being suspended while it's investigated.

7. Changes

We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version. Changes don't apply retroactively to money already in your wallet.
