How delivery works
Every service lists three numbers before you buy:
- Start time — how long before delivery begins, from minutes to several hours.
- Speed — roughly how many units per day once it's running.
- Refill — how long after completion drops are covered.
The order box uses the speed to estimate how many days your quantity takes. Delivery is spread out across that time rather than arriving in one burst.
Drip-feed
Some options let you split an order into runs. For example, 1,000 views as 5 runs of 200, one every 6 hours. Each run is placed as delivery continues, which looks more gradual than a single delivery.
Why numbers drop
YouTube continuously removes accounts and activity it judges spam or inauthentic. Some of that will affect any purchased subscribers, views or likes — and occasionally your organic numbers too. Drops are most common in the first few weeks after delivery and slow down afterwards.
How much drops depends on the option. Cheaper options generally drop more. Options described as "non-drop" drop less, but no option is immune — which is why refill exists.
How refill works
If your option has a refill window (for example 30 days, 90 days, 365 days or Lifetime):
- Wait until the order is Completed.
- If you notice a drop inside the window, open the order in your dashboard.
- Press Refill. We request a top-up for the drop below the delivered count.
- The refill's status appears on the order page.
Refill restores the delivered count, not growth beyond it. If you ordered 1,000 subscribers from a start of 500 and are now at 1,420, a refill aims to bring you back to 1,500.
When refill can't help
- The option has no refill.
- The window has ended.
- The target is unavailable — a private or deleted video, or a hidden subscriber count.
- The drop is from your own organic numbers, not the order.
Choosing an option with drops in mind
| If… | Choose |
|---|---|
| You need the number for a short time | No refill, lowest price |
| You want it to stay | 30–90 day refill |
| It's for a business channel or a long-term asset | 365-day or Lifetime refill |
