These terms apply when you use ytboost.store ("YTBoost", "we", "us"). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them.
1. The service
YTBoost provides promotional services for YouTube content — subscribers, views, watch time, likes, comments and similar — delivered to public links you provide. YTBoost is an independent service and is not affiliated with YouTube or Google.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18, or using the service with a parent's or guardian's permission.
- Keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account.
- One person or business per account. We may close duplicate accounts used to abuse offers or refunds.
3. Wallet and payments
- You add funds by UPI (minimum ₹100). Funds are held as wallet balance in Indian rupees.
- Wallet balance doesn't expire and can only be spent on YTBoost services.
- Top-ups are non-refundable to your bank. Undelivered parts of orders are refunded to your wallet. Details in the refund policy.
4. Orders
- The price at checkout is final for that order.
- You're responsible for providing the correct public link and keeping the target public until delivery finishes.
- Start times and speeds are estimates. We aren't liable for delays, but undelivered quantities are refunded under the refund policy.
- Refill, where offered, is available inside the stated window and only for drops below the delivered count.
5. What we don't promise
We don't guarantee any particular outcome beyond delivery of the ordered quantity: not monetization approval, search rankings, recommendations, sales or audience engagement. YouTube may remove subscribers, views or other activity it considers inauthentic, and may take action under its own policies. You use the services at your own risk and are responsible for complying with YouTube's terms and community guidelines.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use YTBoost:
- To promote content that is illegal in India, sexually exploits minors, incites violence, or infringes others' rights.
- To harm other channels (we don't sell dislikes or reports).
- With payment methods you're not authorised to use.
- To resell our services through automated means.
We may refuse or cancel orders that break these rules. Undelivered amounts are refunded to the wallet, unless the account is involved in fraud.
7. Suspension
We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, chargebacks on credited top-ups, abuse of support, or attempts to break the site. Where the law allows, wallet balance on accounts closed for fraud may be withheld.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. We aren't liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or actions taken by YouTube or Google.
9. Changes to the service
Services, prices and options change as our supply changes. We may withdraw an option at any time; orders already placed are delivered or refunded.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first — most problems are solved quickly. Unresolved disputes are subject to the courts of India.
