Refill is free top-up of drops within a set window after delivery.
If an option includes a refill window (for example 30 days, 365 days or lifetime) and your count drops below what was delivered within that window, you can request a refill from the order page. Refill restores the delivered count, not organic growth on top of it.
Options without refill cost less because drops aren't covered.
