Made for kids is a required setting for content directed at children.
Every channel and video must declare whether it's made for kids. Made-for-kids videos have comments, personalised ads, notifications and some other features turned off.
Marking content correctly is a legal requirement in some countries. Watch-time and comment services can't be delivered to made-for-kids videos because those features are disabled.
